Welcome
Accessibility. Dynamism. Accountability. Excellence.

Through these four main thrusts lay the foundation of the Practice of Administrative Leadership and Service of the National College of Public Administration and Governance in the University of the Philippines, Diliman. As the leading socio-political organization in the college, PALS had successfully embodied through the years the responsible organization that represents the student body in the struggle and advocacy for good governance in the College, the University and the Country.

With thirteen tested years of fruitful hardships and worthy gains in the field of campus politics in the college, PALS has been consistent and at the forefront of producing student leaders that ultimately serve for the cause of our fellow iskolar ng bayans, our dear University and the Country.

As a special-interest group, PALS is also instrumental in advocating and advancing a cause-oriented NCPAG studentry through its various programs and projects like the Medical Mission and Donate-a-Book Drive.

Advances the interests of the students. Respects academic freedom. Values national democracy. Promotes student leadership. These have been what PALS is all about and will continue to be, leadership at its best through a genuine commitment for service and excellence.
